What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept the following payment options:

• PayPal
• Bank transfer
Card and Bizum payments are processed securely through Banco Santander’s encrypted payment gateway.
Please note that PayPal transactions include a 3.4% service fee, which will be added to the total amount when selecting this method at checkout.
Can I Pay in Instalments?
At the moment, instalment payments (up to 3 instalments) are only available through the PayPal payment platform*.

How Do I Place an Order on the Website?

Do Your Prices Include VAT?
All prices on our website include 21% Spanish VAT.
For orders within the European Union*, the VAT rate will automatically adjust to match the rate of the country from which the order is placed.
For international orders (outside the EU), VAT will be removed at checkout once the shipping address is entered. Any import taxes or duties must be paid by the customer according to local regulations.

Are Import Charges Included in the international Shipping Cost?
Our international shipping rates do not include VAT or any customs or import fees. All international orders are shipped under the “Delivery Duties Unpaid” (DDU) terms. This means that VAT will not be charged at checkout, but local taxes and import duties will apply once the parcel reaches its destination country.
As the importer, it is your responsibility to check any applicable customs fees before placing your order and to pay them upon delivery.
The customs authority in your country will contact you to arrange payment before releasing the parcel for delivery. It is essential that you provide a valid phone number and email address during checkout so they can reach you directly.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid import charges or refusal to pay, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any additional fees from your refund.
Where Can I Find the Invoice for My Purchase?
Once your order is completed, an invoice is automatically generated and sent to your email.
If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder.
