Yes, you can place an order without creating an account.

Just make sure to enter your email address correctly, as your invoice will only be sent once and will not be stored in a user account.

If you lose access to the invoice or did not receive it, please contact our customer service team and they will resend it for you.

You can cancel your order if the following two conditions are met:

  1. The item has not yet been shipped.

  2. The item is not a custom made product.

We will do our best to assist you, but please note that if your order has already been processed or dispatched, modifications may no longer be possible.

The billing address cannot be changed, as it is automatically processed through our payment system.

However, the shipping address can be updated as long as your order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout.
